Meet Our Founders
Our journey began when a successful oil and gas Canadian in Texas, met a retired Navy Fleet Master Chief & former Top Gun instructor. We quickly discovered that the common reason for our success, was the development and betterment of the individuals we manage. The company Fantail Services was soon formed.

Gordon Tschritter
Gordon has 25+ years of experience managing offshore drilling facilities and teams with job costs over $210M. As a results-driven leader, he has a deep understanding of what it takes to drive success in challenging environments, consistently finishing in the top percentile for both performance and safety.
Co-Founder & COO
John Minyard
With over 29 years of service in the US Navy, John served as a TOPGUN instructor and retired as the 15th Fleet Master Chief, the Senior Enlisted Advisor for the Commander US Pacific Fleet. With experience leading in times of disruption, John is a humble expert in motivation, operations and leadership mgt.
