Rich Farley is a highly accomplished Human Performance and Risk Management Coach with a distinguished career in the United States Air Force and a proven track record in helping organizations reach their peak performance while ensuring safety.

Melissa Craft's work has spanned across several areas, including Compliance and Regulatory Affairs, Data & Reporting, KPI's, and Offshore and Onshore Operations. After surviving a plane crash and recovering from the trauma, Melissa left the petroleum industry to pursue her passion for ministry. She currently leads a 501c3 non-profit organization that serves veterans and first responders affected by Post Traumatic Stress.
