While serving as a Drilling Operations Manager in Kuwait, Ray led his teams in the startup of three Tier 1 high-spec deep drilling rigs with an industry-leading low level of MDT and NPT. He was able to increase the EBITDA from 15% to 47% and direct the teams to a well delivery reduction time of up to 51%.

Ray has recently completed his credentials in the Resilience Building Leadership Professional program as a trainer (RBLP-T). He is also the recipient of the Commandant Shield, UNFICYP, UNPROFOR, IFOR, and Peacekeeping medal.
